one way to make yourself stand out is to draw memorabilia and legacy of this site..characters from flash games and movies alike are all recognizable in their own ways so drawing them hits people to the point where they will take one big look. my most popular art by far, was an art with pico and uberkids, one of the classic characters on the site. so yeah that's a method

Intereat with community in the bbs and keep posting art
Social interaction has always been difficult for me. It's also quite awkward to just....shove myself into topics/threads just for the purpose of exposing my work.

considering this site is completely user curated there has to be some kind of system in place to reject spam and low quality art. people can still see your art, even unscouted people's work gets frontpaged. so you dont have to be approved its just an extra stamp on the badge. not sure about the attitude towards it
